Mission

 

The Bombazo Fandango seeks to unite members of the Puerto Rican Bomba community and members of the Veracruzan Son Jarocho community through dialogue, workshops, public performances and convivencias in Santa Ana, California.  These two communities are connected by their African influence, by the dancers who create music with their movements, by a desire to preserve, promote and share these respective genres and in their natural meetings in places like Chicago, NYC, Northern and Southern California,
